We value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with our Home Service Membership program. The following policy applies to refunds for the membership program:

Annual Membership Refund: If you are not satisfied with your membership, you can request a full refund within the first 30 days of your membership purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. If you have received a discount from a trade partner within 30 days, you do not qualify for a refund. 

Refunds on Services: We do not provide refunds for individual services utilized under the membership. However, we ensure the quality of service provided by our contractors and will work diligently to address any dissatisfaction. If you are not happy with the service provided, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue and provide a resolution.

Cancellation: Memberships canceled within the first 30 days will receive a full refund assuming they haven't received a discount from a trade partner. If you cancel your membership after the first 30 days, you will continue to receive membership benefits until the end of your current membership period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of the membership.

Renewal Refund: If you've been charged for yearly renewal but wish to cancel, a full refund will be provided if requested within 14 days of the renewal date.

Processing Refund: Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days of your request, please contact us.
